Placing an order is simple! Browse our online store, select your desired items, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping information, and choose your payment method. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

**3. What payment methods do you accept?**
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc...) and digital payment options including PayPal, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.

**4. Do you offer international shipping?**
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. Stay tuned for updates as we work to expand our shipping options in the future.

We offer free standard shipping on every order.

**6. What is your returns policy?**

We accept returns on account of manufacturing defects and transit damages subject to approval by the Returns Team. In many cases this includes free collection of the defective merchandise. **7. How can I track my order?**
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s status on our shipping partner’s website.

**8. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?**
Please contact our customer service team at 818-308-6393 or at sales@hideawayfurnishings.com as soon as possible if you need to make any changes as additional charges my apply.

**9. Do you offer assembly services?**
We do not offer assembly services at this time. However, most of our furniture will arrive fully assembled or only require light assembly such as screwing on legs. Our furniture is designed to be easy to assemble with included instructions. If you need assistance, please refer to the included Assembly Guide or contact our support team for help.

**10. How do I care for my furniture?**
To keep your furniture looking its best, follow the care instructions provided with your purchase. Generally, regular dusting, cleaning with mild detergents, and prompt attention to spills will help maintain your furniture's appearance and longevity.

Keep wooden furniture away from direct sunlight and heat sources like radiators. Periodically polish non-painted parts with beeswax to maintain sheen and prolong its lifespan. Use coasters to protect surfaces from spills and promptly clean any spills with a lint-free cloth.

Regularly vacuum upholstered furniture with an upholstery brush to remove dust and dirt. Periodically clean the entire piece to maintain its appearance and reduce wear and fading. Avoid harsh cleaners and seek professional upholstery cleaning as needed.

For rugs, use a suction-type vacuum cleaner for routine cleaning. Clean light dirty marks with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or dry clean. Address spills immediately by blotting with a dry cloth. Seek professional cleaning advice for stubborn stains and avoid harsh chemicals. Shedding is a natural characteristic of wool and does not affect a rug’s lifespan. Regular vacuuming is advised to remove excess fluff and fibers. Trim any longer strands with sharp scissors. Avoid pulling long threads as this can damage the rug. Crease marks should fade with normal use and regular vacuuming. They are temporary and not indicative of a defect. New rugs might not lay flat immediately. This is temporary, and the rug will flatten as it adjusts to its new environment.
